Friday night party fun - very exclusive , so exclusive in fact , that I'm the only guest - trying 2 new cookies - full fat , full sugar , full dairy , full wheat - ( ok , almost full sugar , could not get myself to buy white sugar ...) 2 different versions 1. cardamom - orange - vanilla and 2. maple syrup - nutmeg . dough has to rest in the fridge for the night so tomorrow morning some early morning baking action ! - valentines day cookies !!!!
